Schmiedhütte at Hauser Kaibling

Welcome to the Schmiedhütte, awarded as one of the "leiwandstn" ski huts in Austria - here the hosts serve down-to-earth, Styrian food with lots of character. Whether chanterelle sauce with bread dumplings, venison goulash or farmer's feast - everything comes from their own farm and local forests. There is special attention for the children and the ambience is really rustic: rustic, warm and inviting. And after a day on the slopes or winter hiking, a Swiss stone pine schnapps or home-made nut schnapps tastes just perfect.
