Valid for: Hauser Kaibling Seilbahn- und Liftges.m.b.H. & Co KG, Hauser Kaibling Betriebsges.m.b.H. & Co KG, Höfi Express GmbH, Schladminger Tauern Bergbahnen and Fremdenverkehrsbetriebe Sampl KG.

1. the general fare regulations, price tables and the officially approved conditions of carriage as posted are an integral part of the contract of carriage. By purchasing a ticket, the passenger acknowledges the above provisions and undertakes to comply with them. Season tickets, multi-day tickets and lift tickets up to one day are valid in the respective pool, single rides on the respective mountain lift during the respective lift operating hours.

2. the members of Ski amadé operate their respective cable car and lift facilities as well as leisure facilities on their own responsibility and legally independently. The purchase of a ticket entitles the passenger to use the respective mountain lifts included, but the specific transportation contract is only concluded with the cable car or lift company whose facilities are currently being used.

Any liability towards passengers, whether based on contractual or statutory provisions, for incidents arising from or during the operation and use of the cable car and lift facilities shall therefore be borne exclusively by the cable car or lift company in whose operating area the incident occurs. The other cable car and lift companies of Ski amadé are not liable.

3. everyone using the cable car and lift facilities must have a valid ticket. A limited offer of cable car and lift facilities as well as leisure facilities does not entitle the holder to a price reduction.

4. with the purchase of a name-related lift pass, the lift pass holder agrees to the automatic registration of personal data. The customer agrees that this data will be recorded and processed for control purposes to prevent misuse of the lift pass and for the purpose of customer service and will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required, but no later than three years after the last customer contact. The lift pass holder also agrees that the personal data may be passed on to Ski amadé GmbH and all companies in which the lift pass is valid for the above-mentioned purposes. Hauser Kaibling DVR no.: 0268496

Information according to GDPR, Art. 13 and Art. 14 on "Photocompare":

Please note that for the purpose of access control, a reference photo of the lift pass holder is taken when passing through a turnstile equipped with a camera for the first time. This reference photo is compared by the lift staff with the photos taken each time the person passes through a turnstile equipped with a camera. The reference photo is deleted immediately after the lift pass expires, the other photos are deleted no later than 30 minutes after the respective turnstile has been passed through. It should be noted that it is also possible to purchase lift passes that are technically configured in such a way that no photo is taken when passing through the turnstile, although random checks by lift staff must be expected.

5. the lift pass is personal and non-transferable. A photograph is required for the 9-day lift pass and certain other authorizations. A deposit of € 3 must be paid for electronic data carriers (KeyCard), which are issued at Ski amadé ticket offices. The deposit paid at Ski amadé ticket offices will be refunded in full when the functional and mechanically undamaged data carrier is returned.

6. all travel authorizations are checked automatically at access points equipped with electronic control systems and by visual inspection at access points without such systems.

7. tickets, whether as barcode or electronic tickets (KeyCard), must be presented to the respective control body for visual inspection during random checks in the control zones of the facilities, as well as in the area of the valley station, ticket offices and parking lots. Tickets must also be presented to the designated mobile control bodies of the mountain railroads on request. The control bodies are entitled to confiscate lift passes that have been misused.

8. anyone who uses a transportation service with cable car and lift facilities without a valid ticket is liable to prosecution under Austrian law. Violations will be punished with an additional fee of € 50 and the charge of the value of a day ticket at full fare or with a report to the police. The assertion of any claims for damages in excess of this by Ski amadé or its member companies remains unaffected.

9. there is no liability for injuries or other damage to persons who are on the Hauser Kaibling without a valid lift pass.

10. misuse of lift passes and purchase authorizations, such as unauthorized passing on, will result in the withdrawal of the authorization without replacement and exclusion from transport. Misuse will be punished with an additional charge of € 50 and the payment of the value of a day ticket at the full rate or with a report to the police. The attempt to transfer a lift pass to another guest without authorization is already considered misuse. Every lift pass holder must store their lift pass in such a way that third parties have no access to it.

11. weather-related or for other technical reasons necessary suspension of operation of facilities and attractions, early departure or interruption do not justify any claim for reimbursement or extension of validity. If transportation is not carried out for reasons for which the passenger is responsible, there is no entitlement to a refund or compensation

12. the cable car company reserves the right to limit sales and/or transportation due to certain weather or operating conditions. In this case, there is no entitlement to purchase a specific lift pass.

Subsequent exchanges or changes to the period of validity of a lift pass are not possible. No replacement in the event of loss, theft or forgotten tickets (data carriers).

13. if Ski amadé or the member companies are ready to provide services and the lift facilities in summer operation essentially allow use of the corresponding leisure facilities, the customer has no right of withdrawal in the event of bad weather, severe weather, unforeseen departure of the customer, temporary interruptions to operations, weather-related suspension of operations at individual facilities, closures of individual leisure facilities, overcrowding, illness of the lift pass holder and all circumstances attributable to the customer's sphere. There is therefore no entitlement to a refund in these cases and the customer is not released from his payment obligation.

Summer season passes entitle the holder to use the respective participating mountain lifts in summer operation in the period from 19.6.-19.10.2025 ("season period") during the operating hours of the individual mountain lifts. However, Ski amadé is not obliged to provide services outside the seasonal period. If individual mountain lifts are already open for summer operation before 19.06.2025 or beyond 19.10.2025, summer season pass users are also entitled to use the lifts in the period from 10.5.2025 to 09.11.2025.

Ski amadé guarantees summer season pass users that the respective lifts in summer operation will be in operation for at least 70 days during the season period. The suspension of operations at individual lifts and closures of individual leisure facilities have no influence on the basic availability of the services on offer. The same applies to bad weather, storms, temporary interruptions to operations, overcrowding and all circumstances attributable to the customer.

If this guarantee is not honored, season pass users are entitled to a refund. The refund is calculated from the purchase price paid less one seventieth of this purchase price for each day on which the lift facilities in operation have essentially permitted use during the season period.

A refund can be made in the event of a sports injury, upon presentation of a doctor's/hospital certificate and immediate deposit of the lift pass at one of the main ticket offices in the Ski amadé areas. The proportion of the refund depends on the purchase value and the duration of use of the lift pass. No refund for lift passes valid for up to one day. For summer season pass holders, no refund will be made if the season pass has already been used for at least 10 days, otherwise the amount of the refund is calculated from the purchase price minus one tenth of this purchase price for each day of use already made.

In the event of a permanent restriction on the use of the lift pass for which the customer is not responsible, holders of single-ride tickets are entitled to a full refund, holders of day tickets and multi-day tickets to a pro rata refund. This does not apply in the event of bad weather, storms, temporary interruptions to operations, weather-related closures of individual facilities, closures of individual leisure facilities, overcrowding and all circumstances attributable to the customer.

14. children up to a height of 125 cm may only use cable cars and lifts if accompanied by a supervisor, unless otherwise stipulated in the facility-specific conditions of carriage. Otherwise, the conditions of carriage of the respective installation apply.

15 Separate tickets for pedestrians are only valid for transportation without sports equipment.

16. fare reductions are granted to children born between 2010 and 2019 and groups of 20 or more paying passengers. Children born in 2020 and younger travel free. Otherwise, the published price lists apply.

17. in the event of changes in the law or official decrees (e.g. "Corona measures"), which are associated with capacity restrictions, Ski amadé is entitled to increase the applicable standard tariffs to the extent of the capacity restrictions for the duration of these circumstances. This does not affect lift passes that have already been purchased.

18 The free accessibility of the forest requires a special sense of responsibility and obliges to protect it. In accordance with the Forest Act, sports equipment may only be used in the forest and in the area of ski lifts on marked trails. It is forbidden to enter forest crops below 3 m tree height and to throw away waste and cigarettes. Failure to comply will result in charges being brought under the Forestry Act and the ticket being withdrawn without compensation.

19. the use of the cycling and hiking trails as well as all the facilities on the mountain (play areas, water zorbing, petting zoo, etc.) and parking lots is not permitted outside operating hours. Mountain bikers must pay attention to pedestrians and only use marked routes.

20. in the event of thunderstorms, summits, ridges and elevations must be left immediately. Turn back immediately or seek shelter in a hut.

21. grazing animals maintain our landscape. Keep your distance when encountering them. Carry dogs at your own risk.

22. tariff & transport regulations, imprint and information on data protection at www.hauser-kaibling.at. Subject to changes, typing errors and mistakes!

However, these companies do not enter into a direct contractual relationship with the customer, unless such a relationship already exists on another legal basis. In the course of the booking process, the customer may also be redirected to the websites of these companies.

The type and scope of the booked service are also subject to the general tariff and transportation conditions of the member companies of ARGE Steiermark Joker.

When ordering a KeyCard, the postal delivery period must be taken into account (approx. 3-5 working days in Austria). If the customer is informed of the expected delivery time during the ordering process, there is no liability if the customer purchases KeyCards for a date that is still within the specified delivery period and these do not actually arrive in time for the planned date of use.
