Arrival by car
Conveniently via well-developed highways
From Germany: Coming from Germany, take the Munich-Salzburg highway and continue on the Tauernautobahn (A10) to the Ennstal junction. Then take the B320 Ennstal-Bundesstraße for approx. 30 km to Haus im Ennstal.
From Upper Austria/Germany: An alternative route leads from Nuremberg via Regensburg and Passau to the Voralpenkreuz to Wels. From there, take the Pyhrnautobahn (A9) to the Selzthal junction and from there continue on the main road (B320) towards Haus im Ennstal.
From Vienna and the east: Via Vienna (A23) and the Südautobahn (A2), continue via Semmering (S6) to the St. Michael junction. From there, take the Pyhrnautobahn (A9) to Liezen and continue on the B320 to Haus im Ennstal.
From Italy (Udine): Via the Arnoldstein border crossing and the A2 to Villach. Continue on the A10 Tauernautobahn to the Ennstal junction, then on the B320 to Haus im Ennstal.
Arrival by ski bus

Arrival by train
Sustainable, stress-free and convenient
The Hauser Kaibling ski area is located on the international Salzburg-Graz railroad line. Fast train stations are Schladming and Gröbming, express train stations are Haus im Ennstal and Öblarn. From there, the journey continues in a relaxed manner: in winter, the ski buses take you regularly and directly from Schladming and the surrounding villages to the valley stations of the cable cars. The connection is also convenient in summer, as the hiking and city buses take you comfortably from Schladming train station to the Hauser Kaibling valley station - the perfect starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions in the Schladming-Dachstein region. Traveling by train is not only stress-free and without searching for a parking space, but also particularly sustainable.
