Indulgence from the award-winning chef at Hauser Kaibling

In both summer and winter, the Schladming-Dachstein region delights with culinary diversity: under the creative direction of 4-toque chef Richard Rauch, exceptional dishes are created in collaboration with regional chefs, combining tradition and modern cuisine. Two special gourmet addresses directly on the Hauser Kaibling are the Krummholzhütte, Austria's first certified gourmet hut, and the Schutzhaus Kaiblingalm, which delights with authentic Styrian specialties. Both are among the 16 selected huts in the region and stand for alpine indulgence at the highest level.
