Start of the season at Hauser Kaibling: Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Hauser Kaibling will officially kick off the 2025/26 winter season on Saturday, November 29, 2025. The season will begin with six lifts and skiing fun from the summit all the way down to the valley.

“Thanks to the outstanding work of the piste team, fresh powder, and ideal sub-freezing temperatures, we were able to make perfect artificial snow, and we’re thrilled to kick off the ski season with such a wide range of options. Furthermore, we are confident that we’ll be able to open the new 4-Mountain Ski Super Connection just in time for the ski opening weekend—our goal is to already be able to offer our guests the new ski area connecting Hauser Kaibling and Planai,” said Hauser Kaibling Managing Director Klaus Hofstätter.

We’ll be starting with the following lifts:

• Hauser Kaibling 8-person gondola
• Tauern Cable Car in the village of Haus
• Kaiblinggrat (8-person chairlift)
• Gipfelbahn (4-person chairlift)
• Kaibling 6er (6-person chairlift)
• Höfi-Express II (4-seater chairlift)

All slopes on the mountain ( except Kaiblingalm) and the Prenner valley run are open .
