Austria's Most Charming Ski Resort – Recent MARKET study confirms leading national position

According to a recent MARKET study, Hauser Kaibling ranks among Austria’s most popular ski resorts—and even tops the list of all resorts surveyed in the country in the “likability” category. For the Styrian ski resort, which is part of Ski amadé and the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area, this is a strong sign: The results reflect not only statistics but also the genuine appreciation of guests.

Numbers That Speak for Themselves

Hauser Kaibling also leads the way in terms of actual skiing activity: It ranks among the three most-visited ski resorts in the state. Particularly noteworthy: Over the past two years, visitor numbers have risen by about 16%—an increase of roughly 85,000 skiers. Popularity and actual demand go hand in hand here.

What’s Behind the Success

Managing Director Klaus Hofstätter sees this as confirmation of a clear strategy: a consistent focus on guests’ needs and the ongoing development of the resort’s offerings. Hauser Kaibling also scores above average in terms of trust and brand loyalty—a sign that its success is not merely short-term but is built on a stable, long-term relationship with guests. With this combination of high popularity, strong usage, and steady growth, Hauser Kaibling solidifies its position as one of Austria’s leading ski resorts.
