Two guys, three lederhosen in the logo, a flashy entrance that immediately shows: Someone is having a lot of fun here. "Fischi" and "Mani" are the two bosses on the mountain and they really put their foot down.

The menu: a word of authority.

Legendary spare ribs or a roast sandwich – with arugula, onions, and homemade mustard sauce. Uncle Willy's heirs serve the Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) with applesauce and blackberry sour cream.
