Snow & Beef Winter barbecue in a class of its own | free admission

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, the Krummholzhütte on Hauser Kaibling will once again be transformed into a paradise for connoisseurs: At "Snow & Beef", the popular winter barbecue event at 1,870 meters above sea level, culinary delights meet genuine hut flair and a magnificent mountain atmosphere.

From 11:00 a. m., it's all about juicy meat, delicious flavors and good music. Grill master Thomas Wieser will be demonstrating his skills live on the grill and giving valuable tips on cooking times, meat preparation and grilling techniques. He prepares the best Austrian beef, tender steaks and other specialties fresh in front of the guests.

The perfect culinary setting is provided by a wine tasting of selected Austrian wines, which harmoniously rounds off the barbecue specialties.

The day will be accompanied by music from the popular live band "Durch & Durch", whose mix of rock, pop and Austro hits will set the mood - true to the motto: enjoyment on the plate - power for the slopes!

Whether as a refreshment stop during the ski day or as a cozy afternoon in the sun - "Snow & Beef" offers everything the heart of gourmets, skiers and music lovers desires.
