Snow & Beef Winter barbecue in a class of its own | Admission free!

On Saturday, 14 March 2026, the Krummholzhütte at Hauser Kaibling will once again turn into a true paradise for food lovers. At “Snow & Beef”, the popular winter BBQ event at 1,870 metres above sea level, culinary highlights meet authentic alpine hut flair and a stunning mountain backdrop.

From 11:00 am onwards, it’s all about premium beef, rich flavours and great live music. Grill master Thomas Wieser will showcase his expertise live at the grill, sharing valuable tips on cooking times, meat preparation and grilling techniques. Guests can look forward to the finest Austrian beef, perfectly cooked steaks and a variety of freshly prepared specialities.

A curated tasting of selected Austrian wines provides the perfect pairing, complementing the BBQ delights in style.

The day will be accompanied by the popular live band “Durch & Durch”, whose mix of rock, pop and Austro hits guarantees a fantastic atmosphere – true to the motto: indulgence on the plate, energy for the slopes!

Whether you stop by during your ski day or spend a relaxed afternoon soaking up the sun, “Snow & Beef” offers the perfect blend of gourmet enjoyment, alpine charm and live entertainment.
