Hauser Kaibling Continues to Invest in the Summer

New Attractions for Families

Over the past two years, Hauser Kaibling has invested approximately 750,000 euros in expanding its summer offerings. New attractions along “Wollis Berg Welt” provide even more opportunities for play, physical activity, and nature experiences for visitors of all ages. In doing so, the highest mountain in the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area is further solidifying its position as a family adventure mountain in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

In recent years, the Hauser Kaibling has already developed “Wollis Berg Welt,” a versatile family concept for the summer months. Just in time for the summer break, new adventure stations at the mid-station, on the Sender Plateau, and at the Kaiblingalm are expanding the existing offerings. These include, among other things, new marble runs, the “SCHAFspielTurm” (Sheep Play Tower), and the “SCHAFsprungTurm” (Sheep Jump Tower). “Our goal is to offer families unforgettable mountain experiences. That’s why we’re continuously investing in attractive offerings while also strengthening the Hauser Kaibling as a four-season destination,” says Klaus Hofstätter, Managing Director of Hauser Kaibling.

New Experiences at Three Locations on the Mountain
The new attractions at Hauser Kaibling complement existing highlights such as the petting zoo, the “SCHAFsinnTeich,” and the “SCHAFsinn-Barfußweg” around “Wollis Berg Welt.” At the mid-station of the 8-person gondola, a new ball maze and new ball tracks provide additional fun. On the summit plateau, the range of activities has been expanded to include the “SCHAFspielTurm”—an observation platform with a slide—and the “SCHAFsprungTurm.” These new attractions are complemented by Wollis’ Forest Trail, with its lovingly designed figures, which invites visitors on a varied journey of discovery through nature. Together with the approximately 800 sheep that spend the summer on the alpine pastures, this creates a unique summer experience that combines nature, physical activity, and quality family time.
