To the north, mountains and Alpine meadows are at the heart of Styria’s unique hiking and cycling experience around the (almost) 3,000 m high Dachstein, eight hundred 2,000 m peaks, 3,500 Alpine pastures, seven nature parks and one national park. In the south eight thermal springs around the Hundertwasser spa of Bad Blumau make Styria the number one spa centre in Austria.
