The new Gipfelbahn chairlift - at 2,015 m above sea level
The new Gipfelbahn is a detachable 4-seater chairlift in the modern Hauser Kaibling style, which takes skiing enthusiasts to the highest point of the Schladminger 4-mountain interconnected ski region within just two minutes.
Hauser Kaibling wants to take you even higher with the Gipfelbahn chairlift. For winter sports aficionados the new “summit service” offers an even faster and more convenient way of getting to the highest point of the Schladminger 4-mountain interconnected ski region. The modern, detachable 4-seater chairlift cost €3m to build and has a mountain terminal at 2,015 m above sea level. Here in this natural paradise winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the whole of Styria’s Ennstal (Enns Valley) as well as fantastic experiences in the snow.

Down in the valley the 8-seater gondola lift offers fast, superior access to the easternmost part of the Schladminger 4-mountain interconnected ski region. And the mountain certainly delivers what the valley promises. With two cableways, three tow lifts, a detachable 6-seater chairlift and five detachable 4-seater chairlifts – all of them fitted with warming bubbles – a rapid and comfortable ride up is absolutely guaranteed.
