Season finale with "Wir sind Helden" and "Pendulum" live at the Hauser Kaibling!
A legendary, unique live program was scheduled for the season finale 2011 at the Hauser Kaibling on Saturday, April 9th 2011. The highlights of the event were the second "Big Air Contest" on the one hand, as well as a live concert featuring the German rock&pop band "Wir sind Helden" and the Australien rock&drum'n'bass band "Pendulum" on the other hand. Another spectacular happening was the after show party with "Camo & Krooked" and with the most popular DJ's of the local scene.

Pendulum
Who thinks that drum&bass and rock&roll don't fit together hasn't heard "Pendulum" yet! Ever since the band was formed in Perth, Australia in 2002, they have been causing a lot of hype in the international music scene. Especially the English fans are convinced of "Pendulum's" hypnotising sounds.
Their debut CD "Hold your Colour" jumped into the top 30 in the UK charts. The following album even made it to number 2 in the UK charts three years later. The band has reached their absolute peak of their career so far in summer 2010, when their 3rd album "Immersion" ranked number 1!
After "Pendulum's" sensational live act at the "Rock am Ring 2010" festival and at the famous Vienna "Donauinselfest" we were lucky to get "Pendulum" to play at a concert in Styria. As promised, they rocked the crowd during their live performance at the Hauser Kaibling on April 9th, 2011.

Wir sind Helden
Not less attractive, but less known was the second act of this evening: The German pop&rock band "Wir sind Helden", who made their breakthrough with the album "Die Reklamation" in the year 2003. In the following four years the band was publishing two more musical works with the name "Von hier an blind" and "Soundso". After a creative break of 3 years, the German band released their new album "Bring mich nach Hause" in summer 2010. And again, the Hauser Kaibling can count itself very lucky to have presented "Wir sind Helden" at the season final on April 9th 2011!
Camo & Krooked
eThese two Austrian guys are considered to be the hottest drum&bass producers in Austria. As a result of their marked preference "Camo & Krooked" started to mix up different music genres in the electronic music scene. Currently the duo cooperates with many different music labels, hence they were able to produce in their first album with the name "Above & Beyond" in February 2010. With their current project called "Chrome" the two Austrian guys try to mix up way more different music genres. Like electric, house, funk, drum&bass, minimal, techno, progressive
house and downbeat, are suggestions of how their work sounds.
Those were only three highlights of the season finale 2011 shown at the Hauser Kaibling. Another act was the "2nd Big Air Contest", where national and international snowboard and freeski professionals show their stunning and spectacular jumps; and the huge after show party with the winners of the FM4-Awards 2010 "Camo & Krooked" as well as our regional top act "DJ Blah". Furthermore, there were the winners of the band competition "Battle of Sound" - "Sissy Sour Mash" from Bad Aussee, Austria.
